We are collecting the information of unregistered transactions e.g. agreement of sale for which registration is optional. Several people enter into notarised agreement of sale and such transactions are kept in dark. If you upload the information to our portal, which is free, we will include the same in our database. In case your vendor/seller offers same property to someone else and the said purchaser seeks information from us, we will provide same to him and will also inform you about the transaction, if noticed by us. But no document submitted by you will be provided to third person without your consent.

The registration of lis-pendens (pending litigation) is not being done by people despite it is need of the hour. We call upon to submit details of pending court case simply to provide notice of pending litigation to prospective purchasers. Thus, we have planned to make the real estate market free from fraudulent transaction and to keep the owners of the property free from constant threat to their title.
